Access to Silver Sands Beach and its array of facilities is exclusively reserved for our residents, their invited guests, and our esteemed members.

Rental fees at Silver Sands Beach vary by unit type, reflecting the premium experience and facilities on offer. Apartments start at SAR 115,000, Bunaglows at SAR 230,000 and Villas at 245,000 per year, excluding VAT.

In respect of our residents’ privacy, we currently do not offer tours. However, interested parties can register their interest at leasing@silversandsksa.com, and our dedicated team will provide detailed information and assistance.
